Have you been thinking of trying a plant-based diet but aren’t sure of how to make tasty and satisfying vegan meals? Are you interested in experimenting and cooking new dishes with only plant-based ingredients? Are you concerned about getting enough protein on a plant based diet?
If you’d like to be able to make delicious meals with all plant based and gluten-free ingredients that can wow your family and friends, then you’ve found what you’ve been looking for! The emphasis of Ayako’s class this time will be dishes high in plant based protein! If you come to Ayako’s class, you will discover how fun and creative plant based cooking can be! You don’t have to give up your all-time favorite comfort foods such as meatballs and egg-salad! Making healthy and delicious food that is a crowd pleaser is indeed possible!
Ayako’s son Kei will also be giving a short talk about his background as a plant based athlete, and how he overcame eczema using the plant based diet.
Learn how to make protein rich & gluten-free plant based food at this friendly interactive cooking class- all experience levels welcome! This cooking class uses recipe handouts in addition to the demonstration and hands on cooking time.
The class includes:
Demonstration including how to make miso-glaze sauce for meatballs and chickpea-tofu for egg-salad
Hands on cooking time. Let’s make meatballs and egg-salad together during the class!
