Event Details

Please sign up for the Ka’ehu Beach Cleanup here: https://www.flipcause.com/secure/cause_pdetails/NDc1MjE=
It’s free but we want to get a count of volunteers prior.

Join us Saturday, February 2nd, at Ka’ehu Beach, Maui as we join the local community, visitors from abroad, and world renowned artists from PangeaSeed for a large scale beach cleanup and celebration of the SeaWalls Artists for Oceans campaign.

Check in starts at 1pm, and we will clean-up and have fun from 1:30pm-4pm. Then, join us for a lu’au including ono food, educational games, and live music in thanks for the effort to keep our beaches clean, and becoming change makers in our everyday lives.

Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii is excited to return to this beach for the first time since 2016! Rocky coastlines that collect debris washing in from the North Pacific gyre can be a bit sharp to walk on, shoes/slippers are advised, as well as reef safe sunscreen and a reusable water bottle. Drop any questions you may have into the comments below. Or email info@sustainablecoastlineshawaii.org.
